    probably he knows that he broke some TOS. so tha's why he looking for other kinda ads. I'm not sure if you are banned from google from breakign TOS, probably you might will break other's as well. just a thought.

    Yahoo has a program and so does MSN. There is also Chitika and others that you can utilize scripts for that will display ads like Adsense BUT they are like Clickbank products and others. Do a search on Clickbank and you should find something there.
