    get some think unique, picture, book or article and post it to Blog
    then bookmark it to social book marking sites.
    you will get backlinks from that sites and hopefully from other bloggers if you have strong post, i am working on it,

    Try and submit your site to Web Directories. Write and promote articles for it. You should also read some Link Building Guides to find tips of how to find good link partners for your new site.
