Virginia Tech Domain Names! Great for Adsense.

These Virginia Tech Domains for sale.

    VIRGINIATECHLAWSUITS .COM
    VATECHLAWSUITS .COM
    VATECHLAWSUIT .COM
    VATECHLAWSUIT .INFO
    VATECHLAWSUITS .INFO
    VIRGINIATECHLAWSUITS .INFO

I believe they would be great for Adsense due to the "Lawsuit" keyword.

I would recommend setting up an RSS feed website that automatically pulls articles with "Virginia Tech Lawsuit" so that people can stay up to date.

There hasn't been a lawsuit placed into court yet, but there will be one soon!

This item is listed on ebay, you can see the listing here: In Promotions

Bring me ALL offers via PM on all the domains as a set. I will not seperate. Just make ANY offer!

I will only have internet access today (April 17), so I wont be able to get back to PM/postings untill (April 24).

    Registered at GoDaddy.

Ok I know it's not polite to comment in sales threads if not interested in the items for sale ... but dude you must have known you had it coming when you posted this thread: You're a dick.

I am down with capitalizing off the lowest of the low, I would sell crack to homeless people if I could do it via the Internet ... but man, you take the cake. I am actually in admiration of you dedication to making money via the net ... no matter who your target audience is (ie friends and family of college students who just got murdered).

Good luck with the sale oh seller of the steel-belted-skin.

I knew a post like this would come up.

I choose to stay away from domains that dealed with the actual KILLING of people. I went with a "backend" name.

My domain names are no where near the worst that have been registered lately. Check out ebay.

The police named the killer "Cho Seung-Hui" THIS MORNING. All all the domain names FOR EVERY EXTENSION have already been snatched up.

So I know my domain names may be threading on thin ice for some, but its not the worst.

I addition, I can almost guarantee that I am not the only person from DP who registered VA Tech domains with the intent to sell. I am just dumb enough to offer them for sale here.

Did you want to make me an offer?

Can't sell seperate unless I get a good offer, because I would need to cancel my listing on ebay.

Capitalizing on 32 deaths. You are truly a piece of $hit. I dont care about the others who bought whatever domains but just seeing this is posted for sale is disgusting.

edit: P.S. - These domains are useless. These are murders. The only one at fault is dead. There is no one to sue.

Thanks for your input and your thoughts.

We are in AMERICA, people sue for ANYTHING~. There will be a lawsuit against Virginia Tech. But this is not the thread to discuss that.

The domains are still for sale!

Hope the above statement enlightens the seller, and all others who may want to capitalize on any such tragedy in the future also.

what are you guys talking about? look at the war in Iraq, America IS making money and power from 50+ deaths per day? pathetic! Unless you want to keep a moral high ground, why not sell it? everyone is doing it. If you guys are going to complain about this, i think you should take a look at your own foreign policy, and how you let people buy guns so easily in your country. However, i send my regards to the families and friends of those involved. (note, i am just complaining about peoples attitudes - think what you want)

Apparently this thread has gotten political. I don't see the poster making money off of peoples deaths.
The domains are not tasteless, in that they do not mention a crime.
It is a topical issue and will be one for a very long time.
We are all shocked and grieving over the tragedy, but, the poster here is no more capitalizing than a site that sells Va Tech Shirts and Hats.

This is the world we live in, and I am sure these domains will suit someone very well, and may be able to be put to good use for informational sites.
For every tragedy that happens people turn to the web for quick access of information, just because he is selling these domains doesn't mean they are going to be used for something tasteless. Just bad timing, Dude.

The bottom line is, somebody is going to want, or need them, and it may be for a good cause.
I don't see these as being dis tasteful. If he was selling "Vatechshootings.com", or "campusmurders.com"...that would be tasteless, and reprehensible.

Bottom line is, everytime someone breaks a nail in America, there is a lawsuit. Maybe the timing was a little soon to post it, because we are as a country still shocked, and grieving, (I personally can't watch the news without tearing up at least once), but I don't see the domains themselves as being tasteless

Had to change, because I just became a hypocrite and posted opinions on another thread. Oh well.

Thanks FileBux & hmansfield for your understanding. I didn't think the domain names were all that bad.

I probably should have waited to post them, but wanted to put them out there.

I am still accepting ANY and ALL offers.

The domain names are listed auction style on Sitepoint. You can bid privately there. Feel free to make a private offer here or sitepoint if you don't want your name to be on this thread.

    Updated information:

NOTE: These domain names include “Virginia Tech”. If you sadden by the tragic event, please exit this page immediately. I do not intend to disrespect anyone.

The following domain names are being offer for sale:

    VIRGINIATECHLAWSUITS . COM
    VATECHLAWSUITS . COM
    VATECHLAWSUIT . COM
    VATECHLAWSUIT . INFO
    VATECHLAWSUITS . INFO
    VIRGINIATECHLAWSUITS . INFO

They were featured on TV channels such as ABC.

You can find the domain names on most news media websites as well, which means huge coverage. TV Station Websites, Newspapers, Magazines, and Hundreds of other websites all have these domain names mentioned.

A few of these domain names are already included in all the SEARCH ENGINES, with hundreds of results. (Actual Domains are not indexed)

I would recommend setting up an RSS feed website that automatically pulls articles with "Virginia Tech Lawsuit" so that people can stay up to date and informed.

Note: NO lawsuit is currently pending in court. But parents of victims have started to contact attorneys.

Domains registered with GoDaddy.com. FREE PUSH.

    Paypal preferred.

    They expire April 2008
