FREE Fully automated site, ANY topic, AdSense, RSS, SEO, etc..

I have built over 40 of these sites for people here on DP and Site Point. Usually I make the site and then sell it, but I get requests for sites on various subjetcs. I am now offering to do these on ANY topic you chose: finance, insurance, mortgage, cancer, cars, animals, people, places, hobbies.. pretty much ANY topic! PM me for a list of my prior works.

Your site will be subscribed to several RSS feeds for the news. It will ping Google automatically each time the feeds are updated. This means that each time new posts are placed on the blog it pings Google and tells Google there is a new post. It's the "blog and ping" strategy. It is a very effective way of letting a search engine know you have new content. Every day the site will build archived content. So it it adding pages every day, and it is all relevant content.

There are built in sitemaps and RSS feeds as well. The site runs itself! Slick AdSense intergration. All you need to do is drive traffic and you will benefit from a great AdSense clickthrough. Many of the automated sites I have built bring in AdSense CTR's in the double digits.

The site will keep adding content every time it updates. By having fresh AND relevant content and pinging Google with new posts it will help get you out of the Google sandbox quickly. At the same time it will build pages and pages of archived content. Can be set up to update as often as you like, but I would not recommend more than once every 4-6 hours to conserve server resources.

If you market this site well, you will have a good money maker on your hands. I have built a number of these sites for people, and all have been very happy with the results and my support. One of my automated sites became a PR6 after only 6 months. Most end up being PR3 or PR4 with no work on your part.

I just thought I would offer my services as many people would prefer to focus on promoting a site rather than development. The sites would be fully built and will update itself. I will install it on your server as part of the deal. HOWEVER, I will not install any sites on GoDaddy or 1&1... they are too problematic. Your host must offer Cron Jobs for this type of site to work. CPanel or Plesk is preffered on your host. I will need 3-5 days to get this up and running on your server due to my busy schedule. I can also offer hosting on my dedicated server for only $6.95 per month.

Usually I sell these at auction for anywhere from $100-195 each.. However... I will make one absolutely FREE to the first person who posts "I'll take it" AND meets the following criteria:

1. Have over 50 posts
2. Have at least 5 positive iTraders
3. You provide the domain
4. Be hosted on a Cpanel server (just to make this one easier for me)
5. You will provide feedback in this thread, AND post the URL of your site

I will make, install, and automate a site on YOUR choice of topics! I will do this for ONE and ONE person ONLY. After the FREE spot is taken I will sell the next 5 for $95 each.

I think he had that domain for a while, and must have had SOME traffic to it. Once I built him the site and he had ads on it, people had a reason to click on something.

It's definitely not my site that magically pulled people in on the first day it was live.. I wish it could do that!
