I love the penny animation.

If I was you I'd get some better fonts, it makes the design look bad.

it is very nice. i like the flash a lot. if i were you, i would not use brown color under "At Planned Sites we specialise in managing websites for accountants " . the sentence can be in footer and on white background.

 

I will be honest, hope that is ok:

I like the design, although I would try to fill up the page a little bit more.
I think that you need to get some "more" designs as well. Almost every different site I looked at looked identical except that they were different themes.
The only other site I saw that looked a little different that actually did take up the whole page was here:
services.plannedsites.com
Also, I would not use flash too much, but you seemed to have done it without overdoing it, and that will go a long way with your end users.
Lastly, I am pretty sure you know this, but you need to insert some meta-tags and then I think you will do just fine.

Besides that, I really do like the design.

The dashed as default and solid as hover underline for the links is an interesting usability idea, the pens (are they pens?) are somewhat like the giant insects in the horror movie, it would be a good idea to remove the flash presentation completely.

 

Well, from the other posts it seems that none of them clicked through the other pages.

To be abit brutal....... changing the theme and color scheme on each intenal page looks really bad. Colors clash and it disorientates the user.

I would suggest selecting a theme and sticking to it.

The design is pretty nice but I would remove the penny animaion (makes your site look less professional and its highly distorted)
