I am adding some thoughts on what I believe are the best ways to submit to directories to help the directories and your listings at the same time. For anyone who might be interested, read here

If anyone has non English sites, please don't submit them to the regular categories. Go into the regional section and submit to the country or continent (if country not listed) where you are located or rather the language is spoken. I will lateron add categories with several other languages to it and move the listings as time allows me to.
