Don't report it, worry about your own site. He will face the yahoo himself one day and they will make the decision.

If you see a crime being committed, would you turn and walk away?

Here is where you report regular yahoo spam

    http://help.yahoo.com/fast/help/us/ysearch/cgi_reportsearchspam

As far as him cheating... well it really doesn't matter. There are millions of "cheaters" online. There is nothing one person can do.

If you spend all your time worrying about the other guy and what they are doing you'll lose focus of what you are doing.

He may be cheating and may not be earning anything. There are many scammers out in this world of ours.

There is also the principal of "Karma" which you can choose to believe in, good things happen to those who do good things.

Life isn't fair. Focus on what you can control.

Maybe if you are really good at spotting these people Yahoo will hire you and you'll have a whole new career riding the world of people who think the rules don't apply to them :)

I agree, so many people worry about everyone else, i worry about making more money for me, why bother with other people, let them get in there own trouble. Alot of DP members must have been hall monitors when they were in school

Yeah, but if you had spent vast amounts of money trying to advertise, and this is where it's going wouldnt you be annoyed? I would be, and I would be even more annoyed if there was a group of people just watching it pass them by without doing anything.

People cheating the system will only hurt the publishers. Look at adsense's smart pricing. They had to instill smart pricing to prevent people from pulling a fast on on google. Smartpricing has hurt thousands of publishers.

I am a publisher but still i do not feel it is necessary to report every violation I see on the net.
I also drive a car and I dont call the police everytime I see someone speeding or running a red light. These types of things bring insurance costs up for everyone same as ypn.

If everyone called the cops when someone was speeding or breaking the law no one would break the law. Thus dropping insurance prices because everyone would be safer drivers. If we report everyone breaking the rules it will only benefit the rest of the publishers who are doing what they are supposed to.
