What is Proxy? What is the benefit?

Yes, I like to know what is proxy and how it benefit to my website, for ex. in this site http://freeproxysubmit.com/submit/ is it safe to submit my adsense site on this? or what is the use of using proxy? Honest replies gets rep as well..

 

A proxy is a site that can allow you to access websites that have been blocked by your school, work or parents. So many people use proxies at school to go on myspace etc. It wouldn't be a good dea to submit your site there because it's for proxy sites . Hope this help.
