    That doesn't return nearly as many backlinks as google webmaster tools does. Google webmaster tools is really the best thing on the block. If you don't want to log in, you can use yahoo siteexplorer instead, or MSN. Both are better then google for tracking the backlinks your competition has.

    Google webmaster tool is very useful. It display more backlinks from google than other online tool.

    you may get "how many backlinks" as your answer easily
    but most of time google and yahoo only list massive mess messages as backlink's search results
