Infractions - Please Read

in the meanwhile you'd want to state that in your signature or you might lose potential PMs.

 

I doubt anyone notices signatures much. But only in cases of emergencies i think they do..

I got two infractions and a neg rep on my first day posting here. I didn't see any rules regarding "fake signatures" in any of the guidelines (or in the first post of this thread for that matter).

Could someone please add fake sigs to the guidelines so that other newbs like myself won't get smacked down right off the bat like I did? I didn't realize that:

Name
<unlinked>website name

Counted as a fake signature. It's a habit really whenever I'm posting or emailing people and now it seems I'm locked out of some site functionality because of it.

Hey it looks like you're right. I seem to recall reading somewhere that you needed rep of 10+ to be able to have a sig. I guess I was mistaken

My rep is still at 5 though which gives people cause to call me names like "chuckles" and "Conan O'Brien". Oh the humanity!

If you skip over the spelling mistakes instead of trying to edit them, and stop trying to translate the FAQ into one of the known modern languages, it goes a little faster...

Honestly, not many people read rules to forums or sites. Look at how long they are, I'm sure not one person read every word from it (except admin/mods)...well I'm pretty sure at least.

i got one of them too. google spoil everything never mind, i guess i still have time to work on my other site now i got adsense why it took me 4 years to think of making more sites to make money i dont know.

I think the infraction of "Running Up Post Count/Post Has No Value" is so subjective, it needs to have more details to it.
