1 - Yes but I'd prefer you pay monthly, reasoning listed in #2.

2 - I should have elaborated on this, thanks for asking. The $9.95 hosting is to cover the extra resources these sites consume. If a site is banned you will have a couple of options.

a - If you see the site getting enough traffic from other sources to justify $9.95 per month you can by all means keep it running. Some of our banned sites still make enough over this amount to keep them going.

b - If you decide the banned site isn't worth $9.95 per month and want to purchase a new one to replace it we will swap out the first one with a custom script that acts as a hub to keep many of your urls displaying relevant information. We can leave up to 10 of these running on the same hosting plan so there would be no additional monthly fees with this option until you go over 10 sites of this kind. Even then it would be negligible.

3 - No contract on hosting, it's month to month.

4 - We can pick a niche but can't promise that we'll do a better job than you would.

5 - We can decide before installation the number of new posts per day which directly contributes to number of pings. We could actually ping nobody and have an ever growing site for SE traffic but most don't want to wait long enough to recoop their investment. We can do any custom work like this so just let me know privately if that's what you are looking for.

6 - I sent you a PM.

Extra - We include up to 150 keywords (categories) with this package. It's not an exact science but sometimes smaller works out better overall by lasting longer.

Ha! I sure hope hostgator isn't the host! It sounds like these sites must be proc heavy so I doubt a shared host would allow such things
