    Get rid of Helium...blah blah banner and move the meat of your site up. The vertical bar - move that to the left from right. Otherwise I like your blending.

    I think they look fine. Try to change the color of ur sponsor link to fit with adsense.

    bombaywala has points about moving the right skyscraper to the left. I find it more easy for people to click too

    Blending is nice. For the link unit, you should place it either in the same box as your navigation area, or in the box below that with everything else. Therefore you can blend it completely.

    1. Remove the "Sponsors" text
    2. Remove the border from the ads
    3. Change the background colour of the Skycrapper ad from #D7C1B7 to #D8B9AB as the background of the directory links

    I would prefer to Match the "Link unit" with menu color, and Remove that "Sponsor" text.

    The ads on the left - please change the background color to the one that matches ur template body.

    you can remove that line saying "SPONSORS" .. people know what they are

    I found this in your css file

    body {
    	background: #CDC2B3 url(../images/bg.gif);
    	text-align: center;
    	color: #5F3E2F;
    	font: 11px verdana, sans-serif;
    	margin: 0px;
    	padding: 10px 0px 10px 0px;
    }
    Code (markup):
    You see the background code - is that note the same as your table BG?

    Background of your template is D8B9AB, make adsense background the same color.

    Looks good. I don't think you need the top adsense links ad, but it is up to you.
