prosecution by group?

suppose if i were to sue someone, can i sue on behalf of 10 others at the same time? what are the procedures?

 

I think it is a class action lawsuit. The lawyer would have the people fill out form so he can sue in thier behalf.

You could get group together to hire lawyer to sue for group.

 

hire a lawyer? that may cost more that the amount we're suing for though.

 

So how do you plan to sue without any lawyer ?

 

my hidden point meaning perhaps it's not worth it.

but i think we'll have to sue for 10x that amount.

 

I think if you have 10 people all looking to sue someone and the money to pay the lawyer will cost more than what you are all suing for, you may want to let it go .

 

can i request someone who's knowledgeable about US (civil) laws to go through something i have in mind, and point out any flaws in it?
