No the hosting has removed the account and they will not tell me why. Long story. so that why i am selling this domain name

Did they, well thats funny, they would not even tell me. They told me i had to pay a "fine" and when i asked about the fine they would not tell me anything about it. so they have told you that i was hosting illegal sites. Well they have not told me that.
They also told me that you refused to take them down. I'm more inclined to believe them. Especially as you ripped me off!
We they did, if you would like i could show you transcripts i had with them. They told me that i had to pay a "fine" when i asked about the "fine" they told me i would have to pay the "fine" or they would close the account. I payed the "fine" but they then still did not reactivate the account. And i am not they only one that they have "fined" without any reasons there are 18 other people like me
Don't forget the mySQL database please (sorry to use this thread as a contact point but you didn't answer through email)

Communication I don't unerstand why you don't answer emails or PMs. I actually went through the work of creating an account just for your site, getting you ftp info, creating a mySQL datase, PM ing all the passwords and names etc. To me thats as much as a buyer should be expected to do. All I ask in return is a PM saying something like...I will have this done by tommorow at such and such a time. Not much to ask I can't understand why you wouldn't sieze an oppurtunity to show you don't deserve the rep you have gotten and get that site transfered quickly. Instead you are posting more domains for sale. I don't believe you are a WebJunkie where you deliberately try to do these things but you need to get organized if you are going to be in this business. I have the sneaking suspicion that you never backed up your mySQL database and now that your host has bounced you, its gone forever. I sincerely hope thats not the case as the only value in the site was the dB
kiamail was the email system where you were offering 5gb email accounts wasn't it? I think I know what you were doing now. You were advertising your site as 5gb email accounts because you knew that would get a lot of traffic and once you'd had a month of traffic you'd be able to show that traffic as a basis for selling the site. Just a theory and I'll be happy to be proved wrong.
Weirfire, I think so aswell. I once offered 5GB accounts but I had ways of funding it, here Kiamail was a free service, without that many ads and the simple fact he has pissed of otherpeople.
What gets me is that she continues to come in here even though she has frauded 2 people already. I hope this all gets resolved soon for you both.
No, I had to send an email to his/her host to see if they would release it ...He/She never kept a backup.
