would that raise flags with google? sudden heere meaning XXX backlinks in a short amount of time.

 

Absolutely, positively, certainly not. Say I published the cure for cancer tomorrow...do you think it would be right for Google to remove me from the index? I think it comes down to how you get the links...and I am assuming that you are getting links because your site is just that great.

 

This not have influence Google to penalize or not a site. But on optimization of a site influence Google penalize or not the site. No worry to get hundreds or even thousands backlinks quickly for SEO.

 

They are right, no worry to get more backlinks. They will not penalize your site if it is link for not so good site. Make sure to evaluated the site and get quality links.

 

No issues to google. You can get any number of backlinks at any infinitesimal span. Google worry about it.

 

Ya, in fact it could be Google themselves giving you the extra backlinks. Backlink increases are most common when Google updates their index on some or all of their servers.

On one of my sites, I had a few hundred backlinks; suddenly I had over 1,000 backlinks because one of my other newer sites had just been included in Google So those links were there all along, it just took Google a while to catch up.

 

Many have said it true. Lot of links all of sudden will raise an alarm.

My question: If we build say... 1000 backlinks in first 3 months of site launch and keep this trend. Then will google get an impression if that site is great and it should be in top??

I have had sites launch and within two weeks achieve over 5,000 backlinks. My natural Google rankings were great soon after that. I don't know if you consider 5k a lot or a little, as you did not specify a number.

 

A sudden increase in backlinks won't hurt you. If it did I would blast all my competitors sites with links until they were penalized.

 

lets say that if you got 5000 link from only 2 pages in 24h maybe google could raise a flag.

if you get 10000 link spread in 2 months, from 5000 different website that don't consist only in one link (yours) i think is fine

 

Wow, you did this and didnt recieve any penalties?

How did you get so many links so fast?

 

Also if the links are relevant to the subject of the site there will no no issues atall.
