Maybe it's gradual, some sites take a little bit more time?

Then digpagerank.com has the same bug, because 66.102.11.80 is up, responding, and showing a PR0 for her site for a bit... but showed PR just fine for one of mine. Rechecking about 10 minutes later, it shows a PR4... :p

McDar's tool has never indicated that a d/c is down. Caryl leaves it up to the user to check, rather than swapping in another... I just ignore the zeros unless investigating bugs, they are either down or showing old data.

However, I may be wrong about the reason...
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?p=2761858#post2761858
may also be a likely culprit.

I don't see any changes on my end. I fully expect the next update to be in place by April 23rd, meaning we should start to see the usual PR gyrations approximately one week in advance of that date. Could be, however, that process is a bit ahead of schedule.

Actually, I think you are seeing 2 glitches going on. For one, the site: operator is dealing differently with supplemental results lately. It looks like the DC's are displaying it one way some queries and the new way the others:

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=282470

Basically it is only showing the non-supps in the totals for some pulls, and the full count in others.

McDar has always been glitchy with the "0" backlinks thing, both in what Mong pointed out for the .105 DC's, and in the fact that sometimes Google varies how it displays the backlink totals. McDar is only ever looking for one phrase as far as I can tell, whereas Google has a couple diff outputs (ie. sometimes Google outputs "1 - n of about", sometimes just "1 - n of").

The difference of 4 bl from one dc to the next could easily be that some dc's have those 4 pages cached, whereas the others may not.

I just checked and from what I can see there is no actual update.

Dude!! you are confusing things here. :p

If 66.102.11.80 is up and showing PR0 then you can use mind that its PR0 at that ip but if some ip is dead and tool shows PR0 ... then its clear that PR doesn't even exist for non-existing dc ip so PR0 cannot be a real value at that ip{its bug}.

No idea, but usually within a month as soon as G starts to update BLinks. It has been like this in the last few updates.
