.com and .net prices to go up!

    The annual levy for ".com" will increase 7 percent to $6.42, and the ".net" fee will go up 10 percent to $3.85. The per-name fees are what VeriSign Inc. collects from companies that sell domain names on its behalf, and such charges are generally incorporated in the prices companies, groups and individuals pay to register names.

    I use to think domains were priced monthly, this doesn't really affect me :D

    That is too bad. Why do they always increase price? For people like me who registers a lot of domains each month it is certainly a bad news.

    Yeah, it's kind of funny that they get paid for our ideas. I can't complain it's cheaper then gas.
