    There has been talk that companies such as Microsoft and the government have looked into sites like these. You should proceed with caution. Just my couple of cents though.

    Yeah, I'd take HackerTalk.com as the best bet for development.

    Build a forum, and a scripts directory where members would publish their work, eventually :)
    A ratings and comments system, all bells and whistles, sounds just too good.

    Great name indeed.

    I agree with you on this, it's my personal favourite as well. I've taken a partner on board who just sold a 22k website to share in the developement of this domain, so it should come to life in the near future.

    Very true there's pleanty of sites out there that are well known, been operating since 98/99 and are "black hat" hacking related. However HackingTalk will be geared more towards, security, advisories, help protecting your system/scripts etc.

    The word Hacking doesn't automatically mean "bad".
