    i think you banner's background should be same grey color in the header.and you can use the same font with the directory category titles.

    I don't think it looks professional at all because of the colors that clash and the.. white background behind the grey content area..

    In a word, no :)

    I do like the site design but the logo brings the quality of the site down tremendously.

    First, make the background the same as the rest of the header. Second, pick 1 or 2 colors maximum for the logo. Third, get rid of the the text effects and just make a simple, clean text logo.

    You might want to try this one temporarily :)

    You should link the colors to not getting eyes hurt.

    In advice you should learn web 2.0 or building banner...

    It looks ok, but you could do some major upgrading to make it really stand out.

    And I agree....Change your logo if you can. Clean it up and make it look sharp, instead of distracting (use different colors).

    I'd suggest a different font for the words in your logo. It kind of takes out the professional in professional.
