    Design wise:
Yes, I would also enlarge the logo and maybe change the text on it to a darker shade. Also the green would look better if it was lighter.

It may be a good idea to place the banner which would point to your new products and services in the header at the right side of your logo.

    Hi,
Your site looks very clean and navigation is simple and intuitive. Very easy to use.

I have some suggestions for your copy though. First thing, I'd use larger font.
Second thing - to make it easier for your visitors to read use shorter sentences. For example this one (first sentence second paragraph): "FCBS was initially formed as a photocopier service repair company and have maintained a high level of customer care by understanding the importance in providing prompt and efficient support services for all our clients’ photocopiers and office products." It can be broken up into at least 3 sentences.
And last suggestion, but in my opinion most important: in your copy you are talking mainly about YOUR company and your services. Practically each and every one of your copy sentences talk about you: "First Class Business Solutions is a respected ..."; "FCBS was initially formed ...", "..., we are without obligation ..." and so on.

I believe that your conversion rates will increase dramatically if you will stop talking about yourself and instead talk about your visitors. Use pronouns like "you", "yours" instead of "we", "us", "ours". Well known fact that your visitors can't care less about who you are and what you have to offer, but what's in it for them. So instead of talking about YOUR achievements even in serving them, talk about the benefits that your visitors will get if they use your services.

Put your main benefit into your header text instead of "First Class Business Solution, which practically does not tell me anything about your services at all. Always specify exactly what's in it for them (your visitors). If you have the best customer support, spell it out in your header like "Tired of waiting forever for customer service? At FCBS YOU will get your question answered within ... days (hours) guarantied!" - this is actually off the top of my head, but if you give it a good thought, you can come up with tons of great ideas.

I see you have some great benefits listed in your very last paragraph "We pride ourselves on being fast, efficient, friendly and above all, easy to do business with". You should shout them out! But again, instead of using "we.." model, turn it into "You" model.

Get rid of the very first sentence of the copy "Welcome to..." They already know they are there anyway. You can make your visitors feel very welcome by making some changes to the copy. You will see for yourself how much YOUR web site will stand out from the crowd.

    Cheers,
    astra
