Yes tried once (almost 7 years ago) but it was just puffing and I really didn't enjoy it. So I never bother to smoke again (rather I drink juices hehe)

Most people take 3 or more tries to give up smoking permanently. What makes a successful non-smoker is in your case to keep trying. If you fail, examine why you failed and try again.

Celebrate your successes - the ability to taste food again, do something to improve you health - celebrate returning fitness, learn to relax without a smoke - reward yourself - after a year you will have saved enough money to buy a spa bath/pool - relax in that instead.

In the case of a non-smoker it is the case of choosing each day not to smoke.

Oh we had that at our hometown.... started 3 years ago. I'm glad it happened because there was... absolutely no smoking in the malls (strange eh) and less second hand smoking victims :D

while smoking IS a terrible habit/addiction do not think you can NOT get cancer if you don't smoke
unfortunately you have a 1 in 3 odds of GETTING some form of cancer in this lifetime
if you're male the odds are even greater.... about 1 in 2

I've been smoke-free for about one week now. The only problem is I'm eating too much. So next is the diet.
