    Like the title says I am sure people have asked this question many times before but is it true that adding an RSS feed to your site will aid your listings in Google and others?

    I am just moving my hosting so I can start using rss feeds and am keen to understand how much impact they do actually have.

    Its not the fact that you are using rss. But the fact that you are getting fresh content. While links make up a huge part of ranking, fresh content is a major part as well.
