    SEO is not a racket science... and i think the best SEO person is right you ... all you need is little experiences, so go and read some amazing SEO Books you can find for free over the internet :)

    And... if you really don't want to read 50 pages, and you just want to hire somebody ... just take care,ok?! the "seo world" it's full of scammers, who will ask you 5000$ and promise you a possition like "sony company in sandiego"... They will also fxxx your head with senteces like "For only 5000$ i will put you on #1 for sony company in sandiego ... I do this only because i need some urgent money, but can you imagine how much money you can make with that keyword on google?! You can make millions my friend... now, i really hope you don't want me to do all the jobs for you , so i willl just do the SEO part,etc... "

    seo is not rocket science, yes but seo need great experince the more you test the more you will get more result.
    and
    craigslist-clone need some one that have experience and knowledge, he did not asked to get information.
    there are many web site where you can hire person to do this work for you, search for seo freelancer, freelancer, ...
    you can add your url , keywords , what you need and what is your goal for long term and short term , are yopur niche market is competitve or not there are many questions you should ask them to your self before trying to get seo person. Moreover there are many other techniques to get traffic to your web site, it can be for short term because ranking in search engines need time, effort and experience.
