Monitoring Spiders

    What I would like to be able to do is to monitor when a spider crawls our web. I've seen the code for PHP but need it converted to ASP. Or if anyone has a better solution I would appreciate it.

    I have started using crawler-alert.com a couple of months ago, and quite happy with it so far.

    It saves me going to my Web statistics, by getting an automated email message the moment the bot is in there.

    Cant remember now, but I think one needs to put a txt file on you hosting server, and that is it.
