Google Traffic Trick

Well its not really a trick then is it? How is adding images to your site a trick?

 

I am sorry , i already have said that i am not seo expert .

Ask Google How this works .
May be they have got an answer MAD !!

This is a traffic gaining trick and it works just fine for me .

I have waited 2 months before i drew my conclusions , and hope that this is not a problem .

Also i havent abused the trick in any way till yet .

 

Yeah but the traffic from Google Images is junk traffic ... untargeted ... unless you are in the Adult Inc.

 

Well many people misuse search engines to get traffic and that cant be stopped , if you get untargetted traffic then you might be misusing google to get traffic .
Not really i have got a few adsense clicks this way .

I have even been able to target geographically and by keywords .

 

Allright, trying this out, will let you know how well it works.

All I can say is the traffic you see in your stats are actually hits from Google itself.

What I know:

You are pulling images from Google, so Google would of course go and visit your site from time to time. The traffic is from Google and not from anyone trying to search something.

What I don't know:

Does this help in anyway getting human traffic? Traffic from people actually searching something on Google, on the web or in images. I don't know. And let's say it does work, and helps in giving human traffic by some increased ranking in Google images, what other useful things can I do with the idea aside from getting traffic?

I have an explanation : the images linked from Google have the keyword on their address and that makes them easier to find, that what is all about ...
you don't have to be a SEO expert or anything ....

 

I don't think you're actually getting traffic...do you show up for the search term in Google Images?

 

He says he is getting more clicks via adsense, so one must assume that traffic is coming from somewhere... and not just *poof* I'm here!

 

Thanks for this awesome trick, when I try it on my forums, the img tags don't work. It must be some invalid image code or something.

what about copyright?
is it leagal to put some ones else images on your site?? i know some of the images on google images have copyrights.
and it alwasy says "Image may be scaled down and subject to copyright"
is this safe?

I think its worth a try....I report here in a few months...

 

Put one picture up, now lets wait and see

 

Image copyright vests upon creation and penalties for copyright infringement for registered images (anyone can register, and most photographers taking pictures of anything worth so much traffic probably do) can be $150,000 per image. Just a thought.

To see how effective this is, I'll try it on a completely unadvertised, 0 hits, site and post my results.

 

here we go. I've created several pages that are not linked to my main sites. Each page has its own specific topic. Each page has the top 10 google images in them.

If your theory holds true, my traffic should explode... How long did it take before you saw these supposed results?
