    Can anybody refer me to a automated link exchange network requiring minimum efforts and u get good PR sites to exchange links with. Most of the networks i registered are not of much use.

    linkmarket.net is good. $20 a year, but they're adding cool features that make it very easy to find good, RELAVENT, link partners.

    I think that is for managing links, not finding them. It looks good but I hear it doesn't work with mod_rewrite.

    Yes, I suppose so. One friend used it when he built GetBlogs.com. he also asked for a reciprocal link. I suppose many people would ignore this request.
