    I did not know that the license did not have 3 months on it. I could not transfer it. He lied about it. So i talked to him via msn and he seems like a nice guy. I was wrong. He is a crook, but I have all his info and in the process of investigating. I will call the authorities in his state and provide them with this information.

    Mods please take down his IP.
