Web-Directories.ws is celebratng 5000 Directory Listings

Well it has taken well over a year of hard work, but Web-Directories.ws has made it to 5000 listings. This directory has been designed with directory users in mind. I try to provide information about directories to help make your submission decisions easier. Directory owners benefit from traffic that the site provides.

I find that the niche and regional listings listing can be particularly useful for many site owners. Remember that links from on-topic sites are usually give more weight by the search engines.

The 5000 directories comprise of approximately:

1500 paid directories
20 deep link directories

1500 niche directories

500 regional directories and 140 non-English language directories

Submissions have always and will always be free, although I have just added a featured listing option for the first time.

wow thats an awesome list, but do you regularly the free directories if they are turned paid or not? Also how mcuh for a sitewide link?

I'm afraid that keeping up with the many directories that go from Free to Paid is a never ending task. I am constantly updating links from many sources but I'll never have all of them. There are probably some turning from free to paid as I type.

Most of hte high PR (PR4+) free sites have been checked recently. I also have quite a few comments on directories that are free but are not worth visiting.

Sitewide links range from $8 to $16 dollars although the $8 footer links are currently sold out. The "all pages except home" packages are more bargain priced.
