contacting google

how can i contact google and make sure that they reply with it.
i have an idea that i want to tell them directly.

its just an add-on in their serps that i want to tell them only.

I have one rule about contact with google, don't.

 

Look for their contact on their page. Google does reply. You will be surprised for a site that busy and big, they reply to emails. If you are writing, clearly indicate what your mail is about at the top as mails are directed to specific sections. If you are presented with a drop down, select the most appropriate category to avoid delay in response.

i've tried emailing them before but i never get a response back. i might try knocking on the door and see if they open up!
