Big Web Links Directory System Upgrade

    System Upgrade for Notification When a Listing Drops from Top 10 or Top 20:

    A note to let those who have submitted know about an upgrade to the Big Web Links Directory system. For a listing that is on the homepage (top 10 listings) or top links page (top 20 listings), when a new submission is placed that brings that listing off of the homepage or top links page, the email address associated with the submission will receive a notification of this change.

    If there's anyone here that would like to NOT receive a notification, send me a PM. I am judging interest on that to determine which direction should be taken for handling the possibility.

    Note: This system change starts from now. Therefore, it will not notify of changes made to your position since the time of submission until today. If interested, you can check your position, and then you will be notified thereafter if it moves from the top 10 or top 20.

    I would not like to receive a notification because I dont want to drop out of the top 10. :)

    Just incase you missed the joke, yes keep the notification for me.

    HAHAH, Its a double edged sword. It's nice being notified (because know are instantly told your site status) but it sucks to be notified (because you gotta get back on that list) :)

    Love the idea Chris... good work :)

    Just for you that are undecided about buying a link yet here. I can tell you I received 50 unique visitors to my site already in 2 days. Which is pretty good since those visitors brought me oever $100 so far.

    For those interested, another system upgrade has been completed. When submitting to the web directory, it now shows real-time position feedback for the homepage and top links page. Still considering if category placement should also be shown there due to limited space and other factors.
