I am slowly adding more and more of my sites back to AdSense. I have been seeing 10 cent clicks etc now all the time with YPN, and incredibly Im getting more 70+ cent clicks on my sites with AdSense.

Right now I am 30% Adsense
    70% YPN

Last Oct I was 99% or so YPN

I'm not a YPN publisher, but I figured it would only be a matter of time before the market leveled itself.

My market leveled about 6 months ago. I am currently making approximately the same per 1000 visitors on YPN as with Adsense.

YPN used to be a lot higher for my free myspace backgrounds website.

However, after a year, YPN is a LOT lower. About a year ago, they used to be better by double. However, now it is a 1/6 as good as what I already get.

The question is, "why keep it" if that's the case? Well, for some web pages, it still performs better than the alternative (which would be almost nothing).

    great quality post there....

anyway, I think YPN is loosing some ads...plus, it was such a big hype when it came out, I think that they were paying more and hoping to compete at a higher level...however, since it has been so long and they are still not out of beta, ads are going back to google where they can save money....YPN must compete with that.

d16man, you may be right about that. However, I remember after one of YPN's announced updates that it was lower. Maybe it was just a coincidence, but I don't think so.

I have finally removed YPN from all of my sites. The targetting is terrible. Adsense pays a lot less, but at least the ads are relevant.

Are any of you other YPN publishers out there making a killing with YPN having a hard time not stepping in and telling these folks what they are doing wrong? :D

I always read these YPN threads and wonder how many of you are out there thinking what I'm thinking :D

It won't leveled off completely until YPN goes international would be my guess.

no, at least for me...I earn what I earn because I worked hard to get it. It has taken me a a year to get to where I am, and that is actually lower than where I was in November...but I hope to shortly be back to where I was...

Please, please quit. If everyone in my sector quits, definitely more high paying ads for me ;)
