    Hello,

So I joined this site a few months back and totally forgot about it. I got an "update" email and wanted to know if anyone has heard of this site. I am not listing my account name because that would be a shameless way to gather connections and that is not what this post is about.

If you have heard of their "will make you rich by signing up partners deal" and if this could really happen, please let me know your thoughts. They are giving 50% profit to every member that signs up under you and all for free?

I don't know how this whole thing works or even how.

Sounds like one of the shopping clubs you can join and a social site mixed into one. Not sure what you get no real terms kind of fuzzy math and only so many people will get paid.

Wonder if they use adsense and if you get percent. idea is neat but details make me think only some will ever see any money. Site should say you get a share per person and then profits are diveded by shares that would make it worth while if they pay.

Right, that is where I am confused. They sent out an e-mail, this is part of the e-mail I copied and pasted below:

It is very important that you start referring people to your PROFILE and getting them to click the SIGN UP FREE link on the left side of your PROFILE. It is crazy if you don't. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity! We are going to pay out an amount equal to 50% of the company profits every month to the first 10,000 users or less that refer just 111 people to the site. Get 10 of your friends to JOIN and then get them to get 10 of there friends to join and so on. Or just refer 111 people yourself.

I had to put my address in so the "check" can be sent when I sign up people which I haven't even attempted yet. What do you think?

Why 111? Sounds like something related to ChaCha and their toolbar program.

Just sign up and tell us what it is all about. If it is good you can refer us. :)

OK, so I read through their FAQs. It seems legit. Its free to sign up and once they reach a certain amount of users and advertising, then they claim they will be sharing the profits with the first xxx amount of people who sign up.

It is up to you to decide if you want to sign up. They are based out of Boca Raton, Florida and seem to be trying to grow to be the next "MySpace." I figured if anything, it will just be another place to advertise and market my business.

My account is in my signature (YourHangOut) if you are interested and didn't want to repeat it and get a mark against me from DP.

Thanks and I'll be the guinea pig any day ;)
