i need webhosting for some of my sites!

i have some sites and i am looking for webhosting services for these sites...

one of them is a file hosting site and another is an seo site
and one site is a proxy site

i will be needing that serivce for a long period so plz offer me keeping in mind that time boundation thing
(i dont wanna get into transvering the sites from one webhoster to another every now and then)

as far as hosting requirement are concerned i am not clear about the details i need
all i know is

file hosting site is a pr4 site - 5-6 files get uploaded daily - around 5-35 mb daily

seo site - pr2 automated and also manual updates

proxy site was pr3 when it shutted down a month back coz of no webhosting

and some more sites i will tell when i will get a good webhosting provider

one more thing i am planning to host all the site on one server only to make it least problematic for me to manage them later

plz reply me with the expert knowledge of yours
