Where to Backorder Register.Com's domains?

Discussion in 'Domain Names' started by Idiot Inside, Mar 20, 2007.

I want to backorder a domain name currently registered with Register.com -- Any suggestion about where to backorder it? Is SnapNames good at catching Register.com's domains?

Any help will be appreciated, thanks.

Any registrar service and/or backorder service can catch domains registered by Register.com

But none of them can guarantee you success, so it is up to you decide on which one. The bigger the company the major chances to succeed.

I understand this. But as everyone knows netsol domains are most likely to be catched by snapnames and dotster domains are catched by namewinners etc.

So, I am asking if register.com have partnered up with anyone? etc.

I don't know if Register have partnered with anyone or not. But, most of the times I go with all the three major backorder services providers i.e pool, snapnames, clubdrop.com
And if the domain is registered with godaddy I use their domain backordering services.

nice one! I seen a domain with godaddy I want.. so I suppose it's best to use them to grab it when it expires.. backorder it from them.

With GoDaddy, maybe it is better if you backorder through GoDaddy itself as I am sure they will know exactly when the domain name is dropped and I guess they may offer it to their own customers before the others.
