    I'm no fan of google, but even I thought Kinderstart was pretty stupid in all of this. They got what they deserved - nothing. They would have been better off spending their money on SEOs instead of lawyers.

    What got them banned in the first place?

    Was it black hat techniques (cloaking etc).

    If so...

    Bad luck.....

    Also, too bad for them, but they may have to pay costs on this one as well.

    There was one way that they could certainly have made it to the first page, and to the very top as well, without suing. All they had to do was pay more for Adwords like millions of others that are sensible enough not to try to get something for nothing.

    I love the way that some people complain about the way that google makes its money through adwords, and yet if they were asked to provide their services for free, I would bet that you would hear a resounding "No."

    yeah that women pics has nothing to do with the story..dont mix up..

    but it was so stupid to sue google in the first place. Search engine ranking algorithm is owned by google and they have full rights over it. They can change it anytime they want, how will you control it?

    If algo remains the same lifelong..people will literally makes millions by cloaking the system and being on top all their life..other suffer at their will
