    I had a bit of a run in with my mastercard and could not proceed with the sale in the end - this is a genuine sale and my pulling out of the original agreement is in no way a reflection on the quality of this offering.

    I bought this forum approx a month ago and it was becoming inactive, the ico content mod which was installed generates activity and posts thereby encouraging new users to sign up.

    The site is very well positioned on google for major terms like :
    "internet business forum" "web business forum" and "online business forum"

    The Site is also a strong google PR5

    I dont have the time to run this or the knowledge of VB hence why I am selling it.

    Due to new link sales revenue is now aprrox 150$ a month

    There is more scope to sell links and make over 200$ a month.

    BIN of 1500 is a very reasonable bid for a site with this revenue

    There's a ton of spam on that forum. How much content has actually been posted by actual members (ie, not bots or spammers)?
