Ad Unit Malfunctions

just wondering if anyone else is seeing this. seems to have started yesterday and is going up and down through today;

1 refresh - targetted - another refresh not targetted

1 refresh - missing ad unit(s) (whitespace) - another refresh ad units appear in full.

1 refresh - all unique advertisers on seperate ad units - another refresh repeated advertisers on seperate ad units

targetted for 10 minutes, untargetted for 30 minutes.

seems like things are bouncing all over the place. this is not happening on all sites / pages but a "problem" page seems to experience all of these problems.

I have seen that for some time now...some things never change....I still don't get detailed stats for my individual sites, only a daily total...so I have no idea what sites are making...

 

Unfortunately I've seen people get kicked out for refreshing their own site more then they should. "Excessive". So, YPN really needs to get a grip, when it comes to that at least.

 

I find that in about 1 out of 10 pages the ads don't show up at all.

 

Isn't it always like this?

 

I believe that is what we are discussing, the problems with the ad units.

 

this is becoming more and more frequent. i am seeing some pages getting stuck trying to load the ad units. so basically, i see my page loading with my header, then it gets stuck trying to load the ad unit. i can see in the status bar ypns url. im getting 1 of 2 ad units finally loading 90% of the time after a good 15 - 20 seconds and my content finally follows. this is happening over multiple domains and pages, though some pages seem unaffected by this while others are plagued by it. targetting seems to have semi-corrected itself by permanetly becoming untargetted on those pages. seems like a huge glitch in the system.

 

aren't you lowering your CTR?

 

ctr is not relevant in ypn.
