Emailing your clients

Those of you that have clients which method of communication do you prefer?

I chose Email but, I have over 1,000 clients, and my ISP won't allow me to send an email to this many reciprocants, and its taking me forever to send the email.

I have used HTML email because its prettier, but its taking forever to send and I am sure many of the emails are getting dumped into SPAM.

Does anyone have any advice on how I can communicate with my clients, quickly and efficiently?

Dealing with an ISP that restricts emails is a pain. Once you hit 1,000 it's worth getting an autoresponder service. Check out Aweber, Constant Contact, GetResponse, and Campaign Monitor and see if any of those will suit your needs.

If you email often a monthly-fee autoresponder/mail-management service would make more sense, while infrequent emails mean that the per-email services make more sense. The question is, with that list will you make back the ~$5-20 it costs to send the message? I'd be very surprised if the answer wasn't yes.

    Thanks for the advice.

I send an email once a month to clients so I'll check these services out.

Go with Aweber. They handle everything, and they talk to all the big networks so that email from them gets delivered.

quickly and efficiently hmm lets see. I would recommend instant messaging, some clients might not have it, but its similar to emails but alot faster, in fact instant lol. MSN is the best, they can leave you messages while you are offline and you will recieve them when you get back online and can respond to them.

My suggestion is also Aweber. I think they can help you with that. Good luck!
