How to get backlinks from Edu and Gov domains.

Discussion in 'Link Development' started by mightyb, Mar 17, 2007.

I personally dont think that Edu or Gov domains are treated any different from others by SEs. Its just they tend to be higher quality, both in terms of content and SEO. But if you are one of those Gov and Edu backlink crazy people...

    .Gov

    Some more of .Gov

    .Edu

    Some more

    etc etc

Just join the forum and post a few posts with your link in a sig etc

Fancy a link on PR5 NASA.Gov forum? Here you go: Click

Obviously it does not even have to be a forum.

Let me know if you guys suddenly jump in SERPs after getting these backlinks.

with what Matt Cutts said, it won't be simply your opinion any longer will it ;)

But to see any change at G SERPs via an experiment is rather interesting even knowing what Matt Cutts has said. Have you tried or you want others to try it first? ;)

Does Google value these (often) PR0 backlinks from .gov and .edu forums then?

anyone had any success with these. Most of them seem very strict on who they approve.
