133.33% Click Through Rate

Just saw this one today and thought I'd share:

    PageViews: 3
    Clicks: 4
    CTR: 133.33%

Now if we can just get all our ads to have that Click through rate we could finally retire. :p

If it continues like this, it won't take you more than one month to get your compulsory retirement mail from Adsense.

I would say you will be banned from adsense with that click thru rate. Someone clicked all your ads or every person clicked on one. Google will look at the site for sure.

    To the banned comments.

The traffic is from google searches. Google knows where the traffic is from. It's 100% legitimate clicks.

If CTR: 133.33% is bad I'm sure they are smart enough to turn off the ads if it's gonna happen. But they don't, and it's all good.

WTF? My highest was like 6%, and I thought I had it good.

6% is prettygood but when I get 61 clicks for 2.27 (current stats for today), it sucks.

I sometimes see 400% (one impression, 4 clicks) on single pages, obviosly due to someone who has found what he was looking for in terms of ads. In the end of the day it might end up with 4 impressions 4 clicks=100% CTR.
These are highly targeted, low traffic content pages, and visitors come from Google and other search engines, and I also think Google has no problem with that (haven´t been banned since almost 2 years)

I think you are OK because the number of visitors is very low. However if you are getting the same CTR for 100 visitors then you should worry and report it to G! :)

Once your traffic goes up it will drop to a normal CTR. You probably had one user make all the clicks. I have seen CTR like that when I am starting a new site. Then once I get traffic it drops to normal CTR.

Be careful what you wish for :) Seriously, doing statistics with that low a sample set is fruitless at best.

doubt it. I always average low (4-6c/c). Now I'm averaging .06 and this is due to my forums and link directory page. they tend to have high paying ads.

Video, Music, and Game ads pay low. :(

Opening new sites though, so hoping to make some money

    guys relax, its nothing new.

it was just the start of the day. the guy who clicked really loved the ads. note the impressions only 4.

It will ease off after some time, once the impressions are more and clicks become less, your CTR and eCPM both go down to normal. google wont ban you for this. this is very common
