    I am ready to pay for the links on Yearly basis but the Links need to be Relevent and PR 4+.

    For me I don't pay anything to build my links...it's all free for me. One way I build links is by putting a link to my site in my signature so every post I make builds a link

    I only do reciprocal links from time to time. Most of my efforts are focused on article marketing for my site.

    I would recommend searching through the link sales thread, you can get good quality pr5 links for only $5pm.

    Another thing you can do is sign up for text-link-ads.com, when you first sign up you can use a coupon to get $100 off of a $125 purchase.

    If you can, try looking for free links containing PR 4+, do link exchange if needed. Directories, articles, and forums also help link building.

    PR means zip, I would take a realated quality PR1 link over a un-related PR6 link every day of the week.

    If your biggest requirement for link exchanges is PR, well all im gonna say is you need to re-evaluate your strategy..

    I just say if needed, I didn't say that link exchanges are mandatory to get PR. I look for link exchanges for me to have link partners for related sites, not for PR.
