GreenFieldsGolf.com - PR2 Golf Course Directory

I need to pay some hosting and renew about a dozen domain names so need to sell a few of my sites to gain those funds. Thus I have decided to start by sacrificing this PR2 golf course directory www.greenfieldsgolf.com that I was working on but have yet to establish to the point I wold have liked.

Traffic:
crrently only about 50 uniques per month, I can get a screen grab if people want

Revenue: only about $24 from selling the sports link spots found in the header, The links have some time remaining but I will remove those links and put them on another site of mine for the owners so the owner would not have to worry about that, and can use that space to sell for thier own link revenue.

Other info: the site contains information on about 16,237 North American Golf Courses, and could easily be modified into much more. Some of my plans was to get out to a few courses this summer and take lots of photos, then make these photos randomize in the header. Also I was going to make some informative text and have that randomize in the site as well. And once I had the PR increased in the next update from the sites that I have been linking it to, then I would add adsence in strategic locations and hope to pull in some revenue from that.

The site is clean, small and runs with a Mysql database. I did not do any of the proggramming but bought the site with the intend of making it better.
