    Hello everyone,

I am currently selling my web hosting company. The website link is http://www.vernalhost.com.

    What you get:
    [] The vernalhost.com domain (registered until March 13, 2008)
[] All customer domain names that were registered for clients
[] All of the files for the website itself
[] The hosting account (which is hosted through a larger company, and is currently $32.00/month)
[] All of the hosted clients (currently nine hosted websites that are all paying clients)
[] The ClientExec license--I bought a yearly license this month, so you will have the yearly license until March 2008, which then can be renewed around $30-$60, I don't remember their rate. ($125.00 value)

[Note] The only money you're having to put out for this is the monthly $32.00 for the hosting of the company website. You're taking in much more than that (I will not disclose specifics to my income from this "company", but I can say that it's been more than $100 the last couple of months)

If you are interested, please reply.
    SERIOUS BIDS ONLY.

    [Starting Bid] : $125.00
    [BIN] : Not Set

[Note] I reserve all rights to sell or not to sell based on the outcome of the bids.

    Thank you.
    Ricky

    (01) Yes, you can move them to your own server if you'd like.
    (02) No, there is no contract. You can cancel at anytime.
    (03) I mentioned in the first post, I wasn't disclosing absolute specifics. However, I have made over $100 the last couple months.
    (04) What would you like to see screenshots of?
    (05) 8 people are paying monthly, and one is paying yearly (every September)
    (06) For the website, there is no backend script. For the billing and support, it is ClientExec. (www.clientexec.com)
    (07) Support is handled through support tickets in ClientExec.

If you buy a server how do you set it up to get to host people? Is it worth the money to buy a server?

Servers cost thousands of dollars...Not to mention you need at least a fiber 20 meg pipe for your internet connection if you want to have good server speed over the net. This can also cost up into the thousands of dollars extra per month.

So unless you're a business that makes a good amount of money and can support this kind of demand, it is much easier and better to resell services (much like I'm doing with VernalHost).

EDIT: I have just received a $165.00 bid through PM.

Just installing ClientExec? Because if that's all the help you need, then that wouldn't be a problem.
Is your server reliable and will I have FTP access to it in order to get the script uploaded?

I am going to need more than two hours if you plan on purchasing the website.
The auction is going to remain open for at least a couple of days to see what kind of interest is gathered.
    Thanks anyway, I guess.
