Whats the Best Live Support Software available?

Hi Guys,

I notice a lot of my competitors are now offering live support from their websites, can anybody recommend some live support software that is ideal for a small web design company, that i can offer through my website please?

by live support u mean like chat directly with the users ?

 

yeah, sorry i should have written live chat in the title, not live support. yeah thats exactly what im after mate. somthing that a user can click a button on the site, and it would connect that user to me in like an instant message kinda thing.

I've been using this script since 2003. Not Free!
Still, it's the best software I've got to know.

 

I have to agree with you, i used PHP Live! they are very good, recently i bought a copy of Kayako SupportSuit, even though they are giving a great desksupport solution but their customer support sucks, and they have many bugs in the script and HTML codes.

The LiveSupport kept on disconnecting me, and gave a Invalid HTML code error. On reporting the error they update a new built and it did not even solved the issue but increased the time it took to disconnect from server....

 

There's something about their (kayako's) live support software that gives me a feeling of something else but a chat script.
Might be caused by the long experience I've got with PHPLive...

Kayako's support can be great at times. But mostly suffering.

 

PHP Live is one of the best. Crazy Syntax is the best free one.

Good luck, give their live support guys a try, too.
1. They have been friendly to me, always.
2. I got a discount coupon when I make my purchase from them, a 10% or 15% discount I think. Which was not bad.

 

Once I visited a web site that boasts about their customer service. I tried to contact them to know whether they support GD or not, for 3 days. Whenever I visit, I get the message

"Our online support is currenly offline, please try again later"

 

My vote to Liveperson contact Center. Simply the best features, best dedicated support, and true live chat stability.
