    For sale: Informational site about Mortgages and House Financing
    Domain: http://housefinancing.info

    Site content is ALL unique
    Assume no traffic or revenue, the site has been up for a couple months, never had the time or money to try to promote it at all, kind of fell by the wayside...

    It is indexed by Yahoo and MSN, it wouldnt be hard to get indexed by Google, just a few backlinks and a little elbow grease...

    Dont know of anything else besides that.... If you have any questions let me know

    Domain is registered with Namecheap, it is registered until 6/14/2007

    To answer all PMs I have recieved...

    Content is ALL unique, every article on there is unique...

    I dont really know what to set the bin at soo....

    BIN is $50

    Also, if someone buys for BIN I will throw in a year renewal on the domain
