Nope. Never received $1. Paypal payments are instant and always have been. Checked 3 times and even checked I gave you the correct id. You need to comply with my verification requests to even think about negotiating further on price. You have to understand my concerns here? I have been scammed by the best and that's why I am strict on this type of thing.
