I would like to start writing articles and possibly sell them on, but not sure where to start or what to write about. does anyone have any ideas? Like how to find good topics. Thanks Sean
That is a good question. What I have read on similar threads is to google "free articles" and check out the free articles sites. Then you can see what is being written. Also, it would be helpful to write on something you know / love.
What do you do for a living? If you specialize in a certain field then that would probably make your writings easier. Do you have any hobbies? Sports, Collector, Bookworm? Write about the things you are knowledgeable about!
I've just started writing articles to sell as private label reports. I write about what I like or what I know about. The writing is the easy part, finding the buyers is more of a challenge. From what I've researched so far, hot topics outside of Internet Marketing are Weight loss, relationships, self improvement, and pets. But I think anything will sell. I just wrote a series of 9 articles about weddings, just because it was fun. I've sold 8 sets so far. The articles are each about 500 words and can be used as web site content or they can all be offered as a short Ebook. A wedding photographer bought a set to use as a free giveaway to people that visit his website so he can build his list. Another person bought them to use as a bonus with their own ebook. I'm a graphic designer, but I have lots of knowlegde in internet marketing, adsense, soccer, weight training, and graphic design. I have written 5 articles today and plan on writing around 25 articles per month, will probably sell some and use some for advertising. Thanks Sean ecovergeeks.com
