Ad placement looks nice, maybe what I would suggest is to center Ad Units. But in general your website design looks quite old.

well to be honest, your website is confusing. I would really recommand you to choose another template. There is no structure. When I first opened your site, I couldn`t decide where to start reading, on the left or on the right side.There are many pages like yours and they are more user friendly. Hope this helps you improve yourself.
