Need the name of a directory I have seen. Can you help?

I saw a directory that was a very nice design. It has lots of graphics at different angles and looked a bit like a cartoon'ish design. I can't, for the life of me, remember what it is called. It has dark green'ish colours and i think it uses a php link directory script.

The deisgn doesn't look like a directory and the owner has obviously put plenty of money or time into it.

Any ideas ? ... sorry to be so vague
