You're right on your part. But that would result in an open confrontation that he doesn't want...and he's right in not wanting it. I've faced the consequences of confronting the same member before and I''m still facing it.

You just gotta take the hints he's thrown aside...200+ itraders for example, as Ahkip said, few people have got that ..:)

There are a number of things to way up before entering any business agreement. However, my policy is complete honesty and nothing underhanded and definitely no cheating. Itrader counts for quite a bit. Maintaining the 100% mark is quite an achievement when one has hundreds of itraders. For new members it is quite difficult to become a trusted member. I too, was a new member once and found it difficult. It is sad how many are out there to deceive others.

Oh bugger, what have I done. Will I now get teared and feathered by the 200+ iTrader club?

Joke beside, shit happens to all of us and nobody is perfect. If you as a seller have a problem delivering the service or goods simply be honest about it rather than coming up with same lame excuses. I am a customer paying you – if I loose trust I look for a new supplier, very simple.
Just to clarify for all the newbies out there, high iTrader is a good indication – no question about it.

200+ iTrader. there're only three people with that kind of score. you basically already named them.

and giving you red rep at every opportunity? that narrows it down by one.

but why aren't you red yet?

Great you understand who he is. I'm not red yet coz I'm trying my best to get attract greens from people, helping them in anyway they want...started a thread where I was offering something for free...etc etc So miraculously, I manged to counterbalance around 50% of those "red attacks" till now, lol...

But I did go down from 3 blobs to 2, and its been around 3 weeks since I offended that guy, or rather he got offended for something he did wrong and my pointing it out.

you're doing great. when i had was in the 400-600 posts region, i was in the red, all because of one stupid post i made that offended EVERY DP member who read it (ahh...the good old days). :D

i'm not greening you since it's a deadweight loss of 8 points.

you were in red during those goold old days?? Cant believe it seeing ur current rep, lol...

And why would a green from you result in a loss of points..I thought giving red results in points loss! Speaking of red, looks like my tormentor just saw this thread, and he's given me another red with the comment "rep whore", lol.

Not sure, but I think he meant it's pointless to give rep in General Chat.
(I realized that just after giving you some green :D )

it was deep red too. at that time there were no penalties for giving out reds. yfs1, anthonycea and MG were the ones who pulled me out of the red. :D

Because it's GC. You'd get only 2 points from me. DP sucks away the other 8 points (probably so Shawn can buy a can of beer). :D

i have not got any bad experience here, but i feel people with high reps and posts, become more reputed. i have once complained about a thread hijac, on an high reps person, but nothing happened to the post. anyways, you can't do anything about it!:)

Ultimately, it's hard to say. I would like to think those who work with me have a pretty good time, easy transaction flow and I always like to be fair to all people but no matter how hard I try, there is always the occasional scammer and no matter what one does, present facts, show information, the scammers just seem to feel the need to post negative itrader. It use to bug me but enough people know my business approach. Ultimately, you can't avoid scammers, just try to limit them and protect yourself. Heck, if all that fails, report them to the ChargebackForum :)

depending on the money you payed there are 2 options.
1.(you paid a lot of money($50+) forget about it
2.(you paid a lot of money($80+) find where he lives and beat the s*it out of him. It's still not enough money but i would do it even if i didn't pay him nothing, just to teach him a good leson. Or if he is in other country hack his computer and destroy it; you don't have to be a hacker you surley must have friend hacker or some1 that you know who is hacker!
